I’ve already added two of the .5mm small rod extenders to each side after the initial set-up of rods. Could have been me getting a perfect fit/stretch, but I don’t think so. Just added them today which marks two weeks now. Have been getting a minimum of 3 hours a day, but more closer to between 4-5hrs a day.
Will measure at a month. Only thing I’m worried about is I have already gained from PE before, but it was a few years back and I lost some of it before starting up again two weeks ago.
I’m very optimistic with this device! It is so easy to use and you are hands free! I’ll keep you posted.
