Help me gain again!

Hi! My dick became (7 x 4.4) from (6.4 x 4.4) on six weeks. Then I jelqed inside the computer-room with the lights turned off. And didn’t realize I was doing my jelqes to hard and got a couple of big purple blodclots. Those faded away in approximately three days, but I decided to take a couple of weeks of to become more confident with PEing.

My routine looked like this then:

5 min hotwrap
Manual stretching
3 min hotwrap again to prepare for jelquing.
15 minutes jelquing.
(A problem use to be that I get 60% erected, jelq 20 times, becomes tired, turned off with it, down to 35% erect. Then I masturbate gently and get my 60-70% erection again, jelq 20 times and so again and again. So sometimes I jelq effectively 15 minutes but it all takes 25 minutes…. I know I can watch porn to solve that problem, though the effect use to be the opposite.)
5-10 minutes hot wrap

After my weeks off I started with this routine, which is very similar to the one I got from www.penisimprovment.com. When I messured my length and girth I was back at (6.4 x 4.4)

My girlfriend eats contraception pills (Excuse my english, I do live in Sweden after all) And as my dick is skinny she can’t achieve orgasms as she can with dildos. That feels pretty crappy for me… She feels that I am inside the first 3-4 minutes then she looses the feeling of having anything inside there…

Can someone of you recommend me a routine? I´ve read the DLD Blasters thread. I guess jelquing is better for my skinny dick as it seemed to improve my circulation as well… And the hoarses is not that good, even after 6 weeks and though I used them carfully I suppose thats where I got my clots…

First of all Mr. Cow stop getting so down on yourself. You are right where you are supposed to be and you are asking for help. I have never witnessed anyone in this forum or PEforums that asked for help and did not get it.

I have a very intense program called the “Jump Start Program” it is very intense and it takes a bit of time but in any slump I have ever been in it has always got me growing again. If you would like to PM me I would be more than happy to email this to you. I am reluctant to post it as it is very heavy duty and I would not want a newbie to hurt himself. How long have you been training? What kind of time do you have? Privacy?

I have four weeks without work/school so thats pretty much time =) Otherwise I have between 1-2 hours a day…. I do have Okey privacy. I do not live together with my girlfriend yet, though I stay at home for a year or two. I´d like to hear more about your routine you mentioned. I´ve been on and off for three-four months. But let´s say 6-7 weeks totaly with one hour a day. I did get 0.7 inch length. but as I wrote I have lost that right now. I do still have very transparant veins. I´d like to get started and it´s great haveing people here who helps. Thanks doublelongdaddy. Do you think you can send your mail adress in a message here on TP? Since your “Jump Start Program” works so well don’t you think you should share it with everyone?

Of course you can add warnings for newbies.

I don’t think its very fair to let some have it only if they PM you.

The knowledge on this board is for sharing & everyone is allowed access to it freely.

Having to secretly get it from you isn’t really fair & is a little intimidating especially for newbies.

I agree with DW.

I think there are plenty of exercises and routines described in this forum which could be dangerous for newbies. As long as it clearly says so, we trust the newbies to be careful enough as not to hurt themselves.

And a program to break plateaus sounds like something that could help a lot of people.

Would you reconsider posting it for all of us to share?
