I’ve been pe’ing for about 2 months now. Started off just jelqing the first month and on the second month, I started stretching. For the past 2 weeks I’ve done nothing but manual stretching. I do about 4 and maybe 5 fifteen minute sessions a day. Before stretching, I struggled to hit 6 inches. Now I am at about 6 1/4 and on a good day 6 1/2. It looks 100 times bigger. I will keep on till I reach 8.

Pretty basic stretches. I half way do Dld’s. I will lay down on my back and pull toward my chest why doing a few kegals. Then I twist it and go in circles. Pull it toward my feet, toward the ceiling while it is twisted. Just different variations like that.

Well keep doin what ya doin…it’s working nicely. 7” is just around the corner and I think if your realizing such nice gains now you will really blow up at that level.
