I’m curious if a decon break is needed if one goes from a consistent heavy workout to a lighter workout?

Thoughts / opinions?

I don’t think a deacon would be needed.

If someone didn’t have any injuries and they think their penis is too conditioned yet still getting strong erections, would a lighter workout just be spinning the wheels and going nowhere? Or do you think a decon would be needed to progress forward?

Having gone from heavy to light I don’t think it makes a difference. Different stimuli brings different results. I think hard gainers don’t gain because they grip to hard, jelq to fast and just abuse the thing. I seem to get a better pump from the liter programs. I seemed to grown from recent reduction in jelq reps.

However the jelq last longer 5-10 seconds and 10-20 seconds.

You would think those that don’t gain would have lower erection quality, correct? If one abuses their dick, it would be shriveled up throughout the day and EQ would be lowered, according to the PI thread.

Yeah if you over do PE it can immediately result in bad PI’s.

But what if you can get erections easily yet you beat up your dick while doing PE and get no negative PIs?
