Girth routine?

I have a pretty good length routine that I am hoping is fling to give me good results, but I have no clue what to do when it comes to girth. I have been clamping recently but I keep hearing that clamping cant give you permanent gains. How should I go about developing an effective girth routine?

I don’t think you hear clamping can't give permanent gains; more likely, that most of clamping gains are not permanent; those are two very different statements. Girth is hard to achieve; people have different ideas about what will work better; I think dry jelq is the best way to get pure girth gains, maybe combined with downward fulcrum stretches (a là Mem’ routine) and a bit of pumping. Other will give you different answers of course. You’ll have to find your own way, maybe after 4 years this kind of questions is somewhat tardive; I mean, if you never do the trial-and-error, you’ll never know.

Do you think the bathmate could give me some permanent gains?

I think a poll could give more hints than my opinion; for what is worth, I think water pumping isn’t significatively different from air pumping, and that pumping alone hardly can give noticeable permanent girth gains.

I did twenty minutes of dry jelqs last night, first time I jelqed in about three years. My penis today was extremely soar and red and shrunken haha. Hopefully that meant I gave it a good workout. I really want to make some good girth gains because as any woman will say, girth is pleasurable.

No. Performing dry jelqs is pretty much using your skin as a lubricant - skin has to slide on the shaft.

So do you think I could get some girth gains this way?

Yes, you can.

Clamping gave me permanent girth gains. I must state that ms tnt and did some extreme exercises. I never liked dry jelqing,

because it is my belief that dry jelqing can give you turkey neck. I always did wet jelqing. I would hold the base of my shaft tight

and into my pubic bone and with my other hand I would squeeze my shaft at the base squeeze and slide it up my lubed shaft, not fast

but to get a good quality jelq. I also believe that good quality jelqs are better than many fast jelqs. You don’t need to do as much

jelqing with quality jelqs. What worked for me may not work for others.
