Good girth routine?
I’ve come to within 1/8” of my length goals and have now decided to do a little girth work. My routine right now is about 10 minutes of dry jelqing followed by 5 30 second horses. At the end of each horse I do rolling bends up, down, left, and right. Does this sound like a good girth routine to start off with? I’ve been PEing for about 8 months now but this is the first time I’ve ever tried an actual pure girth routine. Thanks for any replies!
