Please pipe up if you have had the experience of believing yourself a hard gainer in girth (couldn’t get good results no matter what you tried) for long period of time, but then almost mysteriously you one day just started growing.

After almost a year of PEing with jelqing, clamping, bends, 440s, basically the whole nine, I still have yet to see any real girth improvements.

What I’m hoping here is that somehow one day the planets will align right or something and I’ll start actually growing. Length has come just fine. Girth, however, nada. Anyone have any anecdotes of someone being in similar situation except then seemingly one day things changed and eventually ended up with good girth improvements after all?

Well I was always very good with girth gains.I’ll drop a little advice for you. What was your start routine and how long into PE before you changed it? How often do you change it? First you may be training too hard and your dick is too conditioned to grow. Take a 1 month break then start with normal jelqing, after 2 or so weeks, up your erection level. If you gain from that then continue. If not, add 440s and ulis, try mixing them up with jelqs or do them exclusively. You should gain something from that at least. If not your dick is just plain to damn stubborn.

For some, clamping is the world and others it is a waste of time. A poll was conducted some time ago about clamping, and a lot of guys said they gained like 0.1-0.2 in girth so. Maybe he did his routine for too long a period?

Only girth I have ever gained was 2-3mm mid shaft girth from mild pumping routines over about 4-5 months. Followed all the advice from the veterans and only recently went to 6HG (only pumping on Saturday and Sundays now).

Babbis, what does the girth part of your routine look like? Try different types of jelqs for a shock.

I have mostly focused on length. These days I am doing mostly length work on the week days with some dry-jelqs and light pumping on the weekends with various jelqs between sets.

Uh oh, I’m not getting the kind of responses I was hoping to (ie any indications that there’s a decent probability that girth is going to start coming any time soon)

I have been PEing on and off for about 8 years and have never gained girth until just recently. I have now gained 2-3mm of mid shaft girth from mild pumping over several months. Was that not the kind of response you wanted?

How could anyone possibly know when your girth gains will start?

That wasn’t my question. I was merely asking whether or not anyone had had the experience of not being able to get girth for a long period of time no matter what they did but then one day seemingly being able to grow girth after all and eventually getting results they had hoped for.

I was hoping to hear a story/anecdote or two that I might be able to use as concrete motivation to remain confident. Girth is all I really want and I’m not getting it. There comes a point, at least for me, where you want to hear people tell you that they themselves have had certain experiences in order for you to believe they happen. There’s a point, for me, where the theory alone that growth might just one day happen doesn’t provide as much confidence as one would like to have.

I’m having a similar problem actually, thought I haven’t done quite as much as you have in ways of experimenting. I’m starting to edge/balloon and I’m hoping that’ll help out. May be worth a shot. Lenght comes very easy to me as well. But I almost think I’m stretching to the point where any gains I get girth wise are being counteracted. Is that possible even? But yeah, I’ve heard ballooning/edging does wonders for girth, I’m just starting out though so I’ve yet to see any major results. There are a couple huge ballooning threads too that may be of help.

Oh, and quick question as well, wouldn’t a 1 month deconditioning period (or even 1 week for that matter) be bad for your current gains and set you back quite a bit?


Current: BPEL - 7.375", NBPEL - 6 1/8" - 6 1/4", EG - 5.375"

Goals (Modest): BPEL - 7 3/4", EG - 5 3/4"

Goals (Maybe one day): BPEL - 8.5", EG - 6 "

No. I dont think so. It does exactly what it says it deconditions your penis. So exercises will be more effective. Any lost gains can be regained very easily.

Forget the pumping and start focusing on heavy jelqing. Lot of reps, high intensity, moderate erection. That should jump start your girth.

I have exhausted jelqing, believe me, I have done all kinds of jelqing routines; high erection jelqing, low erection jelqing, 50% erection jelqing, jelqing with additional girth exercises such as Ulis, jelqing with over-hand and under-hand grips etc, etc.

I have never gained anything from jelqing alone or with manual stretching. The three routines that gave me gains was lots of extender work + a light jelqing/stretching routine, hanging and ADS-work with zero jelqing and pumping with light jelqing between sets. That is it. I will definitely keep pumping since it looks promising for girth gains for me.

Try one day on, one day off. When you clamp, try two sets of ten minutes each, no more, an make sure you have a rest day.


Going for 6 inches of girth, wish me luck.
