Gains without warm-up?

Gains without warm-up?

Anybody here made good gains on a jelqing/stretching routine without the obligatory warm up?

I know there are safety issues here, but I’m on a tight schedule at the mo, as well as living with quite a lot of people, so want to be able to get some jelqing in with as little rigmarole as possible.

I on a tight schedule too, so I skip the wom up. And it seems to still work. I am over the magic 6” girth now. But you have too be more careful so you don’t get injured

I have never warmed up, due to lack of time. I’ve gained 1” EL and I’m close to 1”EG. I clamp my morning wood and then jelq in the shower.

The goal of the warm up is questionable in my opinion. I never did a warm up in my entire PE career. The gains that I have made are 5cm of length in 16 months and 3cm of girth in 8 months. There are other guys who also never did a warmup, they also gained. I can understand that people do it out of precaution of injuries but for gains it doesn’t has any effect.

Interesting. But is this still a moot point to some degree?

There seems to be a consesus that warming up gives a greater degree of plasticity to the tissues involved in growth.

However, Bird2, hearing that you’ve gained 5cm without warm-up is enough for me to just go ahead with the same myself. Do you primarily jelq and stretch, or hang?

Did you gain the 3cm in girth with in the 16 months or outside of the 16 months?

Example;Did you gain the length first in 16 months and then gain 3cm in girth after that , which would make it a total of 24 months for your total pe gains?
Or did you make all these gain( length and girth) with in 16 months?

That there is a consensus about something will not necessarily mean that it is true. In the early days, the consensus was that you could calculate your gain potential through LOT. Guys with a high LOT could achieve big gains while guys with a low LOT should be lucky when they gain at all. We now know that this is bullshit. With the exception of safety precautions, that is how I look at the warm up: bullshit.

My routine consists of only manual exercises. Do a search for more information.

First 8 months: length/girth.
Second 8 months: length. I didn’t need to do girth anymore, I already reached my girth goal.

Nice theory there. No warm up. I’m sure this could make our lives a little bit easier but I use a constant heat source (hair drier) during my PE exercises and I feel that the plasticity of my penis has really changed.

I think it helps a lot during stretching periods.

IMO, eveyone is different, some people is easier to get injured, some not. Some people has more elastic tunica (???), some not.

Warm-up can help to softent the tissue, it is scientfically correct, so for people who get easily injured and/or has more rigid tunica, warm-up is better done.

Bird2, IMO, is super lucky guy, with such simple workout and no warm-up, he gains fast and great. My workout is now mostly based on his, but I assume I am hard-gainer with rigid tunica, so I always do warm-up & down.

I am not doing much warm- ups either. Though I really think it can reduce the risks of injury. It´s up to every person to find a way that works out for them. Good luck :)

I don’t warm up either at the moment but my entire routine consists of stretching only. I also do a lot of bathroom stretching throughout the day.
