As I looked down at my ruler I noticed some more gains, nothing spectacular but I gained .1 of a inch so far this month. I have noticed that my bone pressed is almost a full inch longer. I am not out of shape at all though and do not have much % of fat. Does this mean that if I got in sick shape with almost no body fat my unit will be bigger at all. Are there any methods to rid the fat pad.

I gotta say I love this stuff, can’t get enough of it as long as these gains keep coming around .1 of a inch a month on avg. I’m hoping in my 6 months I gain a full half inch to a inch

It is entirely possible, I’ve only been doing this less than 5 monthes and I’m very close to having gained a full inch.

Well spot reduction doesn’t work, so there is nothing to just get rid of the fat pad. People just have different body types that hold on to fat stronger at different parts of their body. So it seems that your body likes to hold on to the pubic fat pad, which is actually very natural and is supposed to be like that. However, if you do get to a very low bodyfat % then yes you will lose it. The thing is though the saying “the last to go is the first to show” applies because if it is very hard for you to lose it, it will come back very easily too.

Redwood what is your routines like?

My routine now is jelqing 2 days on 1 day off, then 3 days on 1 day off. I do 200-300 strong dry-jelqs over 30-45 minutes.

I used to also do manual stretching on those jelqing days, but I’ve now switched to hanging everday I can, and I really like it.
I hang 4 sets of 20 minutes, but I’m only at 2.5lbs because I’ve just started. But I just made a 1/8” gain from last week!
(I think it was a well due gain to happen though as I’ve had a 3 month plateau, and not necessarily just because I’m hanging. But who knows!)

I might try putting some v stretches into my diet. See how those will treat me, I right now have a routine of a half hour as I have the whole time I have been PE. Do you think it is that much better to do a extra 20-30 minutes to make it a hour, and if it is it’s alright to switch up to different times of the day.

Different times of the day might actually be better as your penis has less time to go back to it’s original shape. But I also like the idea of stretching right before jelqing, thinking that they would attribute to eachother.

Personally I don’t like to spend less than 30 minutes for jelqing alone or it just doesn’t seem the same to me. I only go less if I’m in a rush. I think if you have stretching and jelqing in your routine you should probably spend about 30 minutes on both, but don’t push yourself harder than you think you can handle just because of what I say.

I also recommend fowfers, which I think are great! I still do these during the day. (I guess I should have mentioned before.)

When you do this exercises, and your penis is getting bigger, what happens if you stop when youre pleased with your length? Does it go back to the normal length from before?

The general consensus is you have to keep up your routine for a few weeks/months to “cement” the gains and make them permanent. If you want to know more about that do a search on “cementing gains”.

Fowfers sounds like a good idea during the day, what are some other good things I could do to help with gaining throughout the day, I can’t really spend quality time all at once because then people start asking me what I am doing in the bathroom yea know.
