finally made gains

Well, I finally gained a little over 1/8” bpel. I now this may not seem a lot, but I already made my 1.5” newby gains about 2 years ago and had nothing since then. I was starting to think that was it and then I went for broke.

I started to manually stretch 3 weeks ago morning, late afternoon, and evening before bed.

Here is my routine:

2 days on 1 day off then 3 days on 1 day off - I do this to make time for the gym.

Morning before work: 3 x 20 minute sets of sitting Fowler’s (using my vac-hanger with a pet leash), then 20 minutes of fulcrum stretching using a 1/2” diameter PVC pipe across my lap pushing downward with both hands.

After work: 20 min of fulcrum stretching as I do in the morning, then 3 x 20 minute sets of SO hanging with 15 lbs using a bib hardcore hanger.

Evening just before before: 10 minutes of sitting SD manually stretching using with my foot. I get a lig pop every time. Then 3 x 20 minutes sets of condom pumping with 5 minutes of fulcrum stretching in between the the pumping sessions. Then 15 minutes of wet jelqing to end the evening routine.

I use my vac-hanger ads around my hips, lightly with little force, in between the PE sessions and on my rest days to keep from turtling.

My god, no wonder I was not gaining for 1.5 years, I spending 4 hrs in one day to PE.

Please note, I warmup and constantly reapplying heat, use an electric heating pad, to keep my penis very warm (almost hot) during the entire PEing sessions.

So, for my case, “less is more” was not working after the newby gains, I personally needed to apply the “more is more” theory. “Less is more” worked great for my newby gains and probably resulted my largest gains, but not for further gains. Go figure.

Well, whatever works for you. Although, I must admit that your routine sounds rather intensive, but as long as you aren’t getting any negative PI’s, you’re all good.

That is an intense work out. I take it you live alone or have a very accommodating partner that lets you spend half of your day messing with your penis!

Did you do any routine between your newbie gains to cement. Was there any loss during a prolonged lay off? Your long term experience would be great advice for many of us.

I normally do not have large amounts of negative PIs with excessive stretching excersices. I get some, like only able to have short erections for 20 minutes or so. Plus, I was not getting anywhere when maintain only positive PIs. Mainly, the excessive girth exercises like pumping, clamping, edging, and hard jelqing results negative PIs.

I have a very similar PE history. I made newbie gains, and then hit a brick wall. Then after a long time without gains I manage to squeeze out some gains by working harder than I ever had before, around 3 hours a day, no rest days for a certain period. Gains always seems to come when I work the hardest. But it’s not a surprise that hard work pays off.

My wife of 16 years understands, plus she at that the tail end of her PhD program in Civil Engineering, I don’t see her much. She in her room, writing computer modeling programs to solving all the worlds fresh water issues. Don’t ask, its a woman thing.

After the newbie routine, I started to hang along with the maintaining the newbie style routine. I made another 1/4” gain, but then I started to develop a problem with hanging where I could not hang with more weight or with more duration necessary make further gains. Vacuum hanging gave me blisters and the bib hanger seems to place most of the load on my head and not on mt shtaft, so after (3) 20 minute sessions, I could not hang do to the discomfort level. I tried ever thing for most of last year and it still hurts.

My newbie gains were mostly cemented in, because I took long decon breaks (2 months) I did not lose any length, maybe a little girth. Nothing to report.

Wow man. Good job on the hard work. It paid off eh? Just think if you can keep that 1/8” per 3 weeks up you could be making some good progress down the road.
