Finally, big girth gains, from an old timer . . .

Hey guys - haven’t been around for awhile. Over the years, I gained an inch in length with on-and-off PE, but always had trouble with girth. I started clamping, and did that on and off, and gained a permanent quarter-inch, but always injured myself with blown-out lymph vessels at some point.

Recently, I started clamping again, with no heat (I had used IR light and oil, and I think it might have made me more susceptible to skin problems - I once developed the worse rash of red spots ever seen from clamping with them).

I have been at it for about 1.5 months, and now, 24 hours after PE, I am a hair below 5.5 mid-shaft - which if it holds, would constitute a half-inch gain since I started PE many years ago. That’s HUGE in circumference, because 5 inches is right at average, while 5.5 inches is near the 90th percentile of guys. Small circumference gains count a lot. Anyway, I have proven both the risks and gains of clamping … .

When I am fully engorged during clamping, I am 5.75 inches mid-shaft, where before, I hit only 5.5 mid-shaft at my most engorged during clamping. To me, that’s the ultimate marker I use for myself to prove growth - the max. circumference under ANY conditions. I generally expect to permanently cement the measurement that’s .25-inch below the max engorgement. So, in this case, 5.5.

I just started up again a couple of weeks ago and put the focus on clamping, too. It is good to hear you’ve made such great progress. What is your routine?

Does anyone clamp after viagra?

Here’s what I’m thinking. Viagra makes you too hard to jelq, so I was thinking jelq and squeezes BEFORE viagra, then viagra and on/off clamp with some kegels/squeezes to get blood flow. I know it says I’m a newbie, but I’ve been doing this on and off for years.

Also, another question. Anyone trying to get that fatty before sex? Like viagra jelq, then sex? Any comments from the wife or fg?

I sometimes have trouble keeping enough blood in for max effect, even while clamped, so I take 1/2 of a 100mg generic Cialis (cheap, and lasts 2 days instead of a few hours like Viagra) every 2 days.

My routine is to try to clamp and squeeze for around an hour a day total, in sessions of about 20 minutes. I alternate clamped squeezes with unclamped squeezes.

It is DANGEROUS to squeeze while clamped , so you have to be very careful and experienced.

I quickly lose that rock-hardness when clamped and get that plumped, but not rock-hard state that is actually larger than rock-hard. You can move the blood around better at that stage and reach maximum engorgement.

I was just sitting here trying to think of which method to use for the next couple months for girth and then I found this, I am totally doing some clamping now :) . I hope those gains keep coming for you!

Thanks boys. Bluray, if you have never done it before, be really careful. I have blown out a lot of lymph vessels doing it over the years. But yes, I have gained a half-inch in girth now, much to my own surprise. I can’t believe it when I wrap my paper ruler around the shaft and see that gap. Dino, good to hear from you, bro!

So squeezes everyday got you those gains? Were they horse440’s? I’m doing horse440’s every other day with no gains in girth so far. Should I try more days on?

Dangleman, what do you mean by “blown out a lot of lymph vessels” exactly? How did you know when you’d blown a vessel and what were the consequences as far as both physical aspects and amount of time you had to take off to recover afterwards?
