Big girth gains with just manual excercises?!

I know there are some of you somewhere who have made super girth gains without clamping or pumping, just manual excercises. Could you guys please give a guy some pointers and also, is there extreme discoloration over time like in clamping? PS I’m trying to work the stay clean and eat healthy thing into this also to afford myself the best chance of success. One

Search and read about “Orange Bends”.

Discoloration is a problem, but I kind of get the impression that those that have suffered the worst are those that have gone the most gung-ho with their PE.

edit: I have not made “super girth gains” but the ones I’ve made I pretty much attribute to Orange Bends. I didn’t keep it up for all too long, since I started seeing results I figured it worked and decided to go for length first.

Use Ulis and horses. They are very likely to give you big girth gains plus they are safer than orange bends.

Safer? What do you base that on?

From what I have understood, and I have to say that I am no expert in orange bends though so feel free to correct me, this is an advanced girth exercise that requires high erection bending do the sides. High erection bending to the sides has higher injury risks than Ulis or horses because of the bending. Ulis and horses are performed in a natural erect direction of the penis opposite to those erect bends. So I come to the conclusion that orange bends aren’t preferable over Ulis or/and horses due to the high injury risk.

O-bends are done with around 30% erection or less. You really should read up on the techniques you critique Bird2. Being direct is OK, but making claims based on zero experience and little to no knowledge is unwise.

Maybe you are right but I have my information from MrOrange, who has invented this exercise and posted here: - My Girlfriend said those lovely words…. His description is a little vague but I based my critique on the first 20 something posts of this thread. From the responses I have gotten from you and Mgus I am wrong. Would you be so kind to correct me and give me a proper description of the Orange Bend so I can critique it properly?

I really feel there is a large correlation between exercises that constrict blood flow for long periods of time and discoloration.

I base this on the fact that I always used to do some form of clamping with either a wrist strap or a clamp after every girth workout and had pretty bad discoloration. I was forced to quit PE for a while because of some problems and a good deal of my discoloration went away.

Since I’ve started doing girth work again, I haven’t done any clamping after my manual exercises and my discoloration has stayed at a fairly low level.

However, I’m having trouble even getting back up to my previous level of girth, so at least in my case I think there is a correlation with gains and clamping as well.

You can further examine the description of the technique from the above quote by mrorange.

Dicksmack, sorry for hijacking the thread. I am afraid that I can not help much in answering your question since I have little to none experiences with girth work. I have how ever done a IPR-based routine with O-bends but did not gain anything from it. This say little about the effect of the technique it self and more about the fact that I was conditioned from hanging prior to starting the routine and the fact that my routine had a very small work volume.

Thanks a bunch for the 411 guys. I think I’ll read up on mrorange to get some ideas. I just need to find a ‘groove’ with the manual excercises that works and incorporate a few different excercises as mentioned above. Revolution I am no anatomy expert but I tend to believe what you’re saying about discolouration due to long periods of blood flow constriction so I will go forth focusing on aggressive manual excercises with proper heating/conditioning done first (listen to your penis daniel-son!).
