Drink more water! Better flaccid hang!
I have found a direct correlation to drinking a lot of water and having a better flaccid hang. And no, I am not full of shit!
I slowly got dehydrated this year. It was a bummer. I have not noticed my falccid being small but………Once I got everything straitenend out, I’ve got a big old floppy now! Just magnificent!
Now, drinking water is just plain good for us anyway. So, you don’t have anything to loose. Try drinking a lot and tell me if you see a difference after about a week.
I don’t know if this has anything to do with it but I have always gotten real thirsty during a PE session.
