I’ve been lurking since 4/1 and peing since 4/15. Started at somewhere between 5” and 5.25” x 4” bone pressed. There’s a range because I don’t think I really pressed hard enough when measuring. Even when the next measurement came in at a little more than 5.4” I couldn’t believe there was any real gain, just thought I pressed the ruler in further. Told myself for sure when it gets past 5.5” this stuff works for me, but being a skeptic, when that occurred I was doubtful. By 7/15 I was measuring at 5.75” but pressing so hard I thought I was going to draw blood. Have I actually gained or was I was I on the verge of putting a hole in my pubic bone w/the ruler? BTW, my program from 4/15-8/15 was 300-450 jelks a day, sometimes in split sessions.
In August I used a home made hanger and in September my Bib starter arrived. I took it slowly but by October I was hanging 5 lbs, for about 90 minutes (in split sessions). Today I’m up to 8lbs spread over ten 12 minute sessions (2 hrs total hang time). I took an unofficial (really hard) bone pressed measurement and for the first time ever measured slightly past 6”. Well I’m finally convinced this stuff works!
