Its possible. Some where saying that there is some trauma caused, and healing takes around 100 hrs…

If you could pump it out, then have a viagra erection for near 100 hrs, probably taking 1hr breaks every 3-4 hrs - it might be a productive week worth of work. I would not suggest it as “good advice”, but its a train of thought others have been on.

Were still all figuring this out, but as you can see, there has been alot of momentum on this site the last 3 months or so.

Another one, was these soft or jelly cockrings - such as the stallion cock cushion. It is said that this cock ring style is confortable for long term wear. So it is supposed to allow a nearly fully engorged member for 4 hrs safely, with good blood flow.

The trick is supposed to be doing the pump and stretch work to over extend it, then allow it to engorge larger than normal with the jelly cock ring. Use this instead of an ADS, allow it to be max stuffed flaciid.

Over time, everything is supposed to expand.

If you work, check it at lunch, and again when you get home after work. You might wear it at night with an alarm set for 4 hrs.

Just some thoughts.

If you read some of the routines that some of our more successful members post you will notice that many of them do two lighter workouts in a day - morning and evening - rather than one intense one. The point is to achieve exactly what you have said: to keep the dong in a state larger than normal so that it heals that way.

I personally also prescribe to the belief that this is the best and fastest way to make gains. What i do is, about every two hours or so, I go into the bathroom, find an empty stall and do a very light, very brief workout (maybe 2 10 second stretches in each direction and then one set of Uli3’s) and then go back to work. My dick stays pretty big all day.

Also, thought i am working on length right now (hanging), i feel like it is a far more effective practice when going for girth.

I have been doing my standard routine of my every other day wet jelq routine of 30 minutes, along with 5-10 minute clamping sessions everyday. I also have been doing flaccid O bends here and there throughout the day. I think my EG is pretty much back to 5.4EG, so will see were this takes me.

Isn’t this partially what chemical PE is trying to do? There is at least one documented case of prolonged priapism leading to megalophallus. And other discussions as well.

There is also Big Girthas great success with what is essentially all day engorgement.

In Big Girthas thread there is also mention of the Thera-P wrap for all day engorgement, which often leads to good flaccid gains.

From these anecdotes it seems an all day pump leads to gains.

I dunno about clamping, but I think living a healthy lifestyle is very important, to your overall health as well as PE. There’s a very nice thread here about good penis food (Powerful Penis Foods). Also, cut off the cafeine, alcohol and soft drinks, just drink a lot of water, and pomegranate juice :-) .

Don’t eat fast food, also, and include in your meals a lot of protein, fruits and vegetables.

It may be though at first… But if you’ve done clamping, you can also do this :P

I have been following this recipe to a T, and I feel great actually. Soft drinks, fast food, alcohol, and other unhealthy things can crumble your PE hopes IMO.

I actually bought some pomegranate juice gel tablets at Costco. It makes it easier. They also sell the big bottle as well. A serving is one ounce from the big bottle, and two gel tablets equal a serving, because it is concentrated.
