does anyone have a similar routine
I’ve just recently took two week break from PE since i felt i was overworking my penis from too intense a routine. At that point i was doing about 250 jelqs with a horse440 squeeze every 50 jelqs, along with some stretches and about 700 kegels. I believe the problem was the amount of jelqs and kegels. So after the break i went back to 150 jelqs with a horse squeeze every 50, 250-300 kegels, and rotary stretches. I’d like to add i warm up/warm down everytime. My schedule is two days on and 1 day off.
For the first 2 weeks back on PE everything was GREAT i even saw some new gains, then about my 3rd week i started seeing signs of overworking without moving my routine up in anyway EXCEPT doing kegel holds. Which i dont think are a problem but im going to be eliminating those from future workouts. anyway the signs include diminished erection size and a dense feeling in my penis, and when i jelq at low erection levels it seems to stiffen up at the low erection level that its at.
So im now taking another week off, then im going to start again, ALL OF THAT LEADS INTO MY QUESTIONS.
1.Has anyone else had similar complications?
2. my new plan is to stay at the workout im on doing 2dayson1off + 2weekon1off schedule, does anyone else have a similar schedule and has it been benificial?
I’ve been doing this about 6 months now and gains have been great so i want to keep them going
