Do Your Balls Pull Up?

When ejaculating my balls used to pull up into these little cavities, which would feel really good, and it would feel amazing when they dropped again.

However during the past 2 years, this has completely disappeared. Has anybody else had this happen (due to PE or not)? I am worried that although I produce ejaculate, that I might not be delivering any spermies due to this.

Actually, the sperm is protected by a nerve that draws the testicle up near the body temperature.

To have your balls pull up during ejaculation is normal for many guys. However I don’t believe it’s necessary physically. Personally, mine don’t disappear during ejaculation either.
