Hey guys,

Lately I’ve been lacking inspiration with PE mainly due to lack of knowledge. In bodybuilding, for example, there are set trends that result in muscle gains. Of course it varies with each person but the body’s “rules” are there. I’d like to collect data from as many members of this forum as possible so I can compile some statistics regarding what worked best for most people and hopefully determine how we can all grow a bigger penis faster.

Please contribute to this as it could really help all of us if we get enough information and people who are going for months without gains may find out why. Please give the following:

- How many days do you PE each week? (Details, ie. 5 days on 2 off)

- How long does each workout last?

- What does each workout consist of? (Important one - do you warm up etc.)

- How long have you PE’d for?

- How much have you gained in total (length and girth)?

- Starting stats and current stats?

- How much have you gained since doing your current workout and how long have you been doing this workout?

- Do you exercise outside of PE?

- What is your diet like? (Ie. high fat? High protein and low carbs? etc.)

- Do you do your routine in the morning, afternoon or the evening?

- Roughly how many hours sleep do you get each night?

- Do you use visualization in your routine?

- Do you take any supplements?

split into length in the AM (about 30 Minutes)
and Girth in the early afternoon (about 45 minutes)

6:30 DLD Blasters (bundled using the “A-Stretch)
11:30 7 Super-sets of 100 Jelqs to 2 squeezes or Bends for 30 seconds
Throughout The Day: Lazy Ass Stretches

- How long have you PE'd for?
2 years

- How much have you gained in total (length and girth)?

Come on, folks, I know it’s quite a lot of questions but 29 views and only one reply. I’m trying to help us all out here and hopefully find out what we’re doing wrong that keeps some people no-gainers for months and months.

I’m going back to being a lurker. If DLD had started this topic the replies would be onto their second page by now. But no, because its started by someone who isn’t hung like a rhinocerus it’s about as interesting as a kick in the balls.

Cue the sarcastic “oh no, awwwshucks is leaving” replies.

I have started plenty of threads that do not see much action and those were threads that did not require answers. Remember most people do not have alot of time to fill out questionaires. Also weekends here are very slow compared to weekdays.

Hey awwwshucks,

Give it some time. The weekends here are pretty dam slow and the guys that do log on, don’t seem to want to post a lot. Hold your judgement until at least Tuesday or Wednesday. Maybe this has something to do with guys being on company time, instead of personal time?

I have recently changed routines, and am not primarily focusing on gaining (discolouration) which is why I didnt post earlier, but what the hell. I like questionnaires.

2-5 Minute warm up. Manual stretches for 20 minutes (sometimes 30) and about 15-20 minutes jelqing. I don’t always jelq. I’m beginning to wonder if it is better to gain length and then work on girth. It seems like if I gain girth before I have significant length gains the outward expansion may result in an inward (as in, shaft getting shorter) reduction. I don’t know if this has any truth in it. I also stretch for 15-30 minutes before I go to sleep.

Since 5/03/03

0 inches L; 0 inches G

- Starting stats and current stats?>>

EL: 5.75 (I thought it was 6, but I measured wrong—I’ll need to update my PE Journal with this new information)
EG: 4.5 (I had this wrong in my PE Journal, too)

I will say, however, that my stretched length was 6” and now I can pull it to 6.5” and if I’ve been stretching for about 2-3 minutes I can take it to 6.75” I’ve had no gains in EL, but I have had SL gains. I don’t know if this is all that good, but I noticed it yesterday when I measured.

around 6:00 PM or 6:30 PM and then I stretched throughout the day as I piss, and for 15-30 minutes as I lay in bed before I nod off to sleep land.

5-10 minute warmup with heating pad.
20-30 minutes of wet or dry jelq at 80-90% erection.
5-10 100% erect squeeze supersets during jelq, about 30 seconds each.

No gains yet except my erections are rock hard, bottom chamber (CS) seems more pronounced, and g/f made comment about it appearing to be growing (she doesn’t know I PE). Measurements are the same.

My routine has been pretty constant except that I’ve been doing more squeezes lately and have been doing dry jelq instead of wet on some days.

I really try to eat healthy but lately my work situation has made that difficult. I’d say right now my diet is “normal.”

This is a very good question. The body needs sleep to repair itself and grow. I get about 9-10 hours per night.

I just started taking l-Arginine 2500mg daily.

I think that this survey is a great idea. I really think this is the way to find correlations between what we’re doing and gains. I’d like to propose a few more questions if you don’t mind:

Do you drink? If so what do you drink, how much, and how often?

Do you smoke cigarettes? If so how much?

Do you use recreational drugs? If so what do you use and how often?

How often do you have sex or masturbate?

What type of underwear do you wear?

How old are you?

How often do you switch routines?

Have you had any injuries?

I know that replying to these types of threads can be boring and time consuming but the more data we can study the better we can understand why dicks grow.

Hot wrap. Some warmup stretches and massaging. 30 sets of 30 second stretches. 25-30mins jelqing. Shower.

Almost 3 years.

3.5” in L. x 2.125 in G.

4.5x3.5 and 8x5.625

.25” in flaccid stretch. Little over a month.

Yea.

High protein. mid carbs.

Evening.
