Constant Heat

Just wondering if you big gainers had better results with constant heat or with just heating before and after. I was possibly considering a space heater while doing stretches, jelquing, hanging and clamping. Thoughts welcome please!

I’m not a “big gainer” (yet!), but in my experience, HEAT and PE go hand in fucking hand. Heat stopped me from discoloring, and is always the cornerstone of my best workouts. I’m working on finding a good way to heat my ADS throughout the day I think it’s so important. Constant heat throughout the workout is the reason why a lot of PE’ers do their work in the shower with the hot water trained on their johnson.

During the first month or two, I applied constant heat before and after a workout. Nowadays, I rarely apply heat and I am still gaining :)


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

The heat for me induced more lymph buildup so now I jelq to keep the unit nice stretched and warm

One of the biggest trips about PE is what seems to be the huge difference between what works for one and how it doesn’t always work for another. Never would’ve thought in a million years that it could have been related to lymph buildup…..but…..if one person is more sensitive to heat than another then, yeah, I could see that too.

Although this message is worn pretty thin, I guess the most important thing to do is understand the range of potential responses and to then experiment on yourself with open eyes.

I don’t know about constant heat, but I always make sure to do atleast 5-minutes of a hot towel around my unit before a workout, and take a long hot shower after.

I get small purplish spots here and there, but the long shower afterwards seems to clear them up a bit, and with a good nights sleep they’re usually gone by morning.

I honestly think heat is very important, and the concept of constant heat seems it could only be better.

EDIT: Forgot to add, I also kegel while I have the heat towel applied, don’t know if it’s worth it but in my eyes it seems best to have the most blood flowing down there before and after a workout.
