Hey guys’ This question is for experts only :D I’m planing to make a new routine, for one month clamping continually’ With a cable clamp’ The time I wake up I heat and put it, and I remove it when I go to bed’ Any advice about this stun :D , Note: clamp as 80% that the blood can still flow back but tightly’ So its gonna be light this

1. I wake up’ Good morning folks :D

2. Brush my teeth’ Make coffee

3. Heat stretch for 10 minutes.

4. Clamp all day while I’m working on my PC.

5. And pumping from time to time in the week.

5 Days clamping, 2 days off’ Give me your feed back :D

You are going to have to release the clamp every ten to fifteen minutes or so throughout the day, and kiss your EQ goodbye!


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Who care about EQ, I need result’ Sometimes I don’t sleep for 2 days, and I still have a normal erection’ And why shall I release the clamper when its 80% and the blood can go in and out slowly! With all my respect I asked for experience user to answer. No offense.

I’m known not to be rude’ I do clamp for hours and I keep it on and never release it, and I never face any problem what so ever. I already said no offense, so no offense in it.

You said no offense doesn’t mean that your post wasn’t rude. The day you’ll face a problem could be too late and anyway if you don’t like to hear different opinions why are you posting on a public forum? Be tolerant. Reducing blood flow for long time means reducing oxygenation; with prolonged de-oxygenation tissues die. Everybody should be aware of that, if you don’t care that your penis die maybe other do care about their own and the information is helpful per se.

You went off the subject’ And you didn’t understand what I meant. Any way, I already know that I have to release it from time to time, most of the time I lose erection’ Because its not fairly tight’ I asked my question, and I clear it who should be answering’ Now maybe I was harsh, But definitely not rude, Its open forum, so I have the right to express what I think, you thought I’m rude I correct it for you, but didn’t stop you from expressing what you feel about what I said. What you are talking about doing is very dangerous.

You made no effort to warn the reader about the possible dangers and you posted this dangerous routine in the newbie section.

marinera has every right to “go off subject” to warn newbies and experienced members NOT TO ATTEMPT THIS!

After half an hour clamping without release, your penis will start to DIE. Do you know how some cattle get castration? They wrap an elastic band around their balls, until one day their balls will fall off!!! That’s the kind of shit we are messing with here. That’s why we need to be extra careful. ;)

I also hope it’s your english that’s the problem here, always remember to let your penis breath. :)

Whynotbig, what you are planning is the most intense routine I have ever heard of. Not only intense, but crazy. All day clamping? Even veteran clampers don’t do it for more then an hour total.

It’s exactly this attitude that will make your next post be in the injury section of the forum. I understand that you want results, and I understand that you are impatient - hell we all are. But what you are talking about will result with an injury. More work does not always mean faster results.

Whynotbig, This forum is for everyone, and while it is your right to do extreme exercises, it is important to realize that others reading may feel that this is the right way to get big quickly and not be as aware of the need to monitor, adjust etc., and merely lock in and sit back and let the unit turn black and drop off.

All because you took an authoritative tone and have some good results.

And my answer was from two and a half years experience, including some pretty intense clamp sessions, wherein I lost most of my EQ for days, which I personally felt was unfair to my wife and I for obvious reasons, and counter-productive to PE in general.

Your enthusiasm for PE is admirable and you have much to offer newbies as they first come here, but please realize that the unconditioned unit has the potential to become quickly so toughened by things like hanging and clamping that little growth is possible without many months of de-conditioning, and this can be too much for new members to cope with regarding the sensitive nature of what we are all trying to accomplish here.

We all (I think I can safely say) want the best here for you, so best of luck with your continued experiments and workouts, and keep us up to date with your progress.
