Clamping w/or without heat?
Is is necessary to use “heat” while clamping. Or could someone point me in the right direction on that particular aspect of clamping? I have been clamping for a couple months, with no warm up and no injuries. 3x15 minutes. May have gained 1/8” though not sure yet. I know it “feels” fatter for sure. But my main question is will or does heat help in gains and how do I go about doing this? Thanks.
