Clamping has to be the most rewarding PE ever

My wife is a small woman with a small pussy and she really discourages my pe efforts. I am doing some manual stretching now, but I really responded well to clamping, adding the last .25” to my erect girth. I gained a small amount of length while clamping, but I attribute that more to the post clamping jelqs.

Measurements: 11/06: 7.75" bpel/ 6.25" mseg.

I attribute about half of my 1/2” girth gain to clamping.

I quit after about 6 mo. when my EQ started to go down.

EQ recovered quickly with occasional light jelqing.

2008 Starting size: 5.25 BPEL, 5.5 girth, vol. 12.7

My Stretcher has been by far the most useful PE I have done. I have done the manual stretch and jelq routine twice in the past and went on break after both, but I lost the gains I made. The third time I used the extender and gained half an inch AND it was permanent after my break test (about eight months). I don’t know where you got the idea that it does nothing for length. Jelqing I lost everything I gained both times.

Not only can it lead to injury if you are not conditioned, but it can over condition your dick. Meaning that you start to get expansion, you get some nice gains in the start, but then your dick toughens up to soon, making future constant gains impossible.

You have any data or proof of this “Overconditioning” that eternally cuts you off from any future gaining? Or you just makin assumptions?

Sure you can overtrain, but I doubt there would be any “brick walls” erected by doing so.


Are you saying that clamping gains are not permanent ?

For the most part, no.

I read on other forums that clamping is the way to cement your gains!

You make me doubt of the basis of PE .

In many threads it was said that clamping was the best excersice for girth . Dangerous but the best .

I think he is referring to immediate ‘gains’ or swell associated with expansion. For example some expansion may remain a day or two after clamping, but that is certainly temporary. From my experience long term gains are not temporary, with those from clamping being no exception. From what I read on this and other forums most guys keep their clamping gains.

Sept 2012: BPEL: 7.125 x 5.125

Nov 2015: Returned, stats unknown.

As long they keep clamping. :) The ‘permanent’ gains from clamping are just a fraction of what you see after clamping, and the more you don’t clamp the more you lose. Clamping is not much different from pumping.

Obviously clamping causes temporary gains but I was under the impression that it also can increase your girth permanently.

Edema, or tissue swelling due to trauma, is what is typically seen from pumping and from clamping.

As one heals from the trauma and the fluid is absorbed back into the body, the swelling decreases and one loses the girthyness attained by these practices.

If you are like big girtha, you will clamp 24/7 and so the swelling is always evident.

Whether over time this becomes a permanent state of the penis is difficult to tell from where I stand, but I do know that I get some swelling from hanging but it dissipates several hours later and erections the next day never exhibit new thickness.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"
