So what can one do to permanently increase girth?


Starting size: 6.5 BPEL 5.1 MSEG

Goal size: 7.6 BPEL 5.6 MSEG

I have never sat down to plan a girth routine, being only here for the length, but I will say that as a product of all the stretching and hanging I have done, I have attained girth as a byproduct.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

This is true on ALL forms of training a tissue to get bigger, stronger etc. Even PE. If you just stop cold turkey and never do it again you will eventually, over time, shrink back down to your regular size.

We don’t want tissues to get stronger, actually.

I honestly thought that my clamping sessions were going to bring me to 5.5 mseg. This is upsetting me quite a bit. This web site has been advertising clamping as a vehicle for permanent girth gains.

I think you have to explain a bit more your position because you are confusing all the new members . I am confuse .

When it appears a new member we recomend him to read all the library before starting and there it clearly says that clamping is the best one for girth ( but risky ) with prmanent gains .

And suddenly appears a moderator ( and a referent in Thunders ) saying just the opposite .

I suppose you are meaning that the big you get after the clamping session subsides after some hours . But I suppouse that some mm are becoming permanent and witnin time ( perhaps years ) you will have permanent cms .

And if not , what excersices gives you perm gains ?

Pumping ? We all know that that the monster you get after a session dissapears within hours .

Jelq ? We all know that the penis is engorged after a session and doesnt remain in that state . Although some mm remains and cms within years .

Hanging ? What happens when you take off the weighs ?

Or maybe , we must start changing theories and say that PE is NOT PERM ? ?

But we're never gonna survive, unless we get a little crazy.

I have gained girth by focusing on length.

The girth had followed as if my dick wants to stay proportional.

Whenever I did clamp for any length of time I did see temporary girth gains that faded each day, but the reason I stopped was that it killed my EQ.

The combination of two twenty minute hangs plus a mechanical stretching session in a hot bath makes my entire dick swell like I’ve been clamping, but again the effect is temporary.

Hanging is known to cause girth gains over time.

This is my experience, others may report differently.
