Clamping device?

I came up with an idea for a clamper in this 3d program I have.

Basically it’s like pliers or similar types of tools, but instead of something sharp or to grab with, theres a small opening held closed by a spring, and only opens when you squeeze the handles. Could something like this be used as a clamper? I’ve been using a hose clamp and that thing is a pain in the behind to put on and take off. I can’t find any Cable Clamps anywhere around me, and they seem to be in big packs anyways.

Here’s a small picture of what I was thinking.

Maybe add something to this:

Just stick one metal rod on the bottom and two on the top maybe? Then just put some padding on them and no need to wrap, or should you wrap anyways? I’m still pretty new to clamping, any feedback would be great. :)

I havent been clamping that long either but I would definately say always use a wrap.the problem or potential problem I see with your devices is you have no control over the amount of tension.all I can say is try it and see if it causes any discvomfort but for me I definately wanna be able to control how much pressure I’m applying to my little buddy

Yea, too bad there isn’t something where you could control the pressure on “it”.

I also had another idea, since I can’t get a hold of any Cable Clamps. What about Zip ties? The big ones so I could stick something in it to release? That would be fast to put on and off. :)

Yeah, the only problem I see is having the right spring to contol the pressure. The wire clamp you may even be able to bend for a custom fit to your penis.

That’s what I was thinking when I said you could just add the metal rods on the end of the clamp. Just bend them it to fit your penis. :)

So if I could control the bends of the rods, I wouldn’t have to worry about how strong the spring is, since I could bend them to stop at a certain point. Maybe even get a thing enough metal so it gives some?

Did you mean the actual clamp, like where the rubber is? That would be a good idea but im not sure if its long enough, I would have to go to the store and actually look at it, that would be a lot easier than adding rods to it.

What if it didn’t completely go around my penis? Would it be ok to leave parts of it not clamped? Kind of like squishing it instead.

How much pressure do you need for clamping? Here is what I was thinking of using:

I have a backpack at home with a bunch of small diameter elastic cords in various places for holding things down. They are maybe 3/8” diameter. Each one has a little cinch clamp on it so that oyu can tighten it up and then hold it. I’ve never tried to see how much force they will hold, but I owuld have guessed it would be enough to hold blood in my dick. Of course I was planing on using some kind of pad as well. I think I’ve actually seen adustable cock rings based on this principle. It is infiniteNot enough you think? Opinions wanted.

Failing that, it’s off to Home Depot down the street!

That seems like a good idea, but I’m not sure though. There are probably a bunch of objects that can be used as clamps. I still want to try that 2 inch clamp and bend the ends.

This seems like a prime example of ingenuity gone astray. What happened to the trusty hose clamps?

The hose clamps I have need a screwdriver to tighten and it takes WAY to long, especially if something is wrong and I feel the need to take it off. With the 2” clamp it’s just a simple squeeze and it’s off. :)

Yeah, I figured that’s what you was doing was using a screwdriver. I bet you were pretty nervous, what if that screwdriver slipped? Well anyway, get a 5/16 nutdriver and happy clamping. With the nutdriver, it is the difference between night and day. No more sweat pouring off your forehead worrying about the screwdriver slipping and very fast removal.

haha yea, what I did for that was put my fingers around the tip of the screwdriver so it couldn’t slip. It did slip once and lucky for me I wasn’t pushing real hard.

I’m an idiot! I just went and looked at my clamp and realized there was the shape for the nutdriver. Thanks for saying something Nine. :)

I’m glad I could help. Having a screwdriver near my snake and eggs is scary.
There is someone here that showed a smaller nutdriver, one that you could put in your back pocket easy, it was a "T" type little thing. I can’t find it now.

Have you seen this? Turn-Key Clamps

Yea. That’s probably the reason I wanted to try other clamps. I still would like to try out the 2” Clamp. That seems to be the easiest to put on and off.
