Clamping advice needed

I have been doing clamping in about 2 1/2 month (done PE for 14 months in total) and the result is pretty good while not splendid. However, I have run into a problem which I do not know how to deal with.

When I clamp, more and more often I have trouble to achieve the swollen effect which I always had in the beginning. The penis stays hard but the shaft gets extremely hard and I cannot trap the blood as a result of it (hurts like hell if I try to clamp off through the bone hard muscle). The result is no discolouration, not much blood trapped but the inner muscle (or whatever it is) gets very hard and it takes a long time before the erection goes away. So the clamp just sits there while I achieve no effect.

Not sure if I succeeded to describe the status but perhaps someone has the same experience and found away around it? I do not wish to take a break ;) .

Is it hard and sinewy? I sometimes found that if I clamped down too hard too early..

Yes often sinewy at the start. You suggest that I should gradually clamp down harder during one session? I’ll try that right away :) .

I’m suggesting you are clamping too hard anyway, but yes, concentrate on working up a good strong erection before clamping down fully. Feel your way into the session gradually, clicking down as you see fit.

Just did a clamping sessions and it seems like I’ve been clamping off too hard earlier. A slow start and then gradually build up, however not maximize, the power seems to build up an even better pressure. Thanks (again) drilla9.

I try to get swollen before I put the clamp on. With some hand squeezes and good hard kegel. Try less or more of a wrap. Or maybe a little more rest. Recently I’ve been doing 1 or 2 daily. And that’s it. 1 set per day all week. Or I’ve also tried 4 sets but spread out thought out the entire day. Like 1 set at 10 am then the next at 12 and so on.

I am not good at taking rests but I take 1 or 2 days per week where I do not clamp at all. But often I do 4 or 5 set in a day and many of them are 15 minutes long. I usually end with the “sadsak slinky” exercise which I feel has worked for me in the past. Perhaps I am overdoing it.

I’d say 15 min is to long. Remember you’re cutting off a lot of blood going in and out of your penis. The normal guideline is 3/10min sets. The only reason I do my all day sets is because I only do this once or twice a week. The other days are just 1 or 2 sets at night when I get home from work. Also I’ve been doing PE 4 years now. And if you don’t kegel and have a powerful muscle down there you should start doing so. I think I could crack a nut open with mine.

I have never given the Kegels much of a priority, but in this case it obviously will help to build up the pressure.

I’ve been doing 4 sets of clamping today, one at 15 minutes and the other three for 10 minutes. I gradually clamped harder during the session and Kegeled do build up a good pressure before I applied the maximum power of the clamp (which is less than I used to do) and it worked a lot better. Just strange that my previous method worked good for a start…hm. Anyway, thank you guys for taking the time to get me back on track!

The more you do kegels the easier it will be to build up that pressure you want. In any case the ability to kegel really hard in my mind is the backbone to PE. It goes hand and hand with clamping, because while in the clamp you should be squeezing the whole time. If you can do it. Its really hard. 10 minutes worth of a kegel.

Another thing I have noticed is that after a clamping session, it takes quite some time to get back to flaccid state and it does not feel like after you’ve had a sexual experience.

The first thing that happens is that the head of the penis is loosing the erection and that happens almost right away. Then the swollen effect subsides all over while the penis is still bone hard. It slowly (and I mean sloooowly) subsides but it can sometimes take 10 minutes. Also, it feels like this effect has become more and more distinct by time. I cannot remember that this happened when I first started to clamp.

Any ideas? Nothing dangerous I hope.

You don’t need to constantly kegels for 10minutes straight or for that matter hold one for 10 minutes (If that’s even possible!) I tend to stroke the end abit rubbing it maybe masturbate abit too for like 3 seconds and it will naturally want to kegel then you just kegel a few in a row quite hard, maybe hold if suitable then back to getting fully turned on with porn or edging.

Ohh well do you ejaculate at the end? Well either way if I do or don’t it will just be a slightly bigger flaccid within a few minutes of stopping.

No I don’t…or very seldom do.

It feels like if I’ve had a plastic insertion instead of muscles inside the penis. The head or the surrounding skin is not swollen at all.
