Can't do stretching because ALWAYS >20% erect?
I do a combination of jelqing and stretching—about 10-12 minutes of each per day. Since the very beginning, I’ve had problems doing the stretching, because it seems like my unit ALWAYS wants to be at least around 20% erect throughout the day. I think this is the result of doing jelqing. It’s always slightly plumped up, unless I’ve gone without jelqing for several days. The only exception to this is if I’ve been swimming in cold water, sitting naked in cold air for a long time, exercising intensely, or drinking tons of coffee. Unfortunately, none of these activities is really appropriate for the late evening before bedtime, which is the only time I have to do PE. Maybe I could try dunking it into a cup of cold icewater beforehand, but I’m a firm believer that warming up and heat are good for gains and injury prevention. I just wanted to see if anyone else had similar stories.
