Can anyone suggest exercises to effect the tunica

Nothing compared to the tunica.

Even if it was the limiting factor instead of the tunica, there would be no reason to change the exercises. The goal is the same- expansion. Kind of moot point really.

True and relavent given that almost any kind of jelqing or stretching will be hitting the tunica. But perhaps there is an exercise (or one could be developed) to specifically hit Bucks fascia.

I would bet that anything that targets the tunica will also target the Buck’s facia. The two are layered one on top of the other; perfectly parallel.

I think to really get the most out of inverted Vs you should be using some sort of fulcrum-assist, like a pipe. I probably got most of my non-hanging length gains using a piece of PVC pipe with a little bit of foam taped around the midsection. When I do inverted V’s or even the A stretch my penis occasionally “slips” and I get incredible pain.. I can’t really explain what I mean. If that didn’t happen then I would definitely be a big fan of these two stretches. :(


Time to measure girth soon... previously 4.5", been targeting girth for months!

I get this as well. Frightens the crap out of me.

I get that, it’s where the CS chamber when soft is being pushed in the other two (I think) anyway it sort of just gets moved all of a sudden. I usually can feel when it’s going to happen so release the grip and try again in a better way so it’s less likely to happen.

Also thanks IKE I’ll read that. I have read things where people do use like.. A poll or a cream bottle to wrap their dick around. Before I came to this site I saw a guy wrap his dick over his wrist in a video, I do that alittle but I think you need an 8inch-er to do that right. Does anyone have any threads about anatomy, I wouldn’t mind reading about the tunica, to be honest I don’t really understand what it is, I can’t pinpoint the place on myself that I would call the tunica, I just know pulling up stretching hits it. So yeah thanks again all.

Personally, I have never done much stretching. Only jelqing, O-bends, manual Clamping and other squeezes. My length gains to date are 1.7”, girth around 0.7”.

I just starting trying to stick to a routine again, and I’m not doing manual stretches this time around. I worry that I’ve strengthened my penis in the past, but this is just a guess (so newbies don’t listen to me). I’m doing only jelq so far, this time around.

So you are not a fan of manual stretches because they put to much force on the penis which is counterproductive to gradual growth?

He’s wrong in my view. When you jelq you gain either by strengthening your dick (Mostly old people who’s EQ isn’t so great) or you stretch ligaments when you jelq downwards at not very high intensity which gives actual gains. Stretching is just more to the point at stretching ligaments or your tunica. Obviously over time your body strengthens so they have less effect at which time you either pull harder or longer. Or you take a big break to deconditioning. Then continue after 6months
