Can anyone suggest exercises to effect the tunica

I know of tunica tugs and Inverted V stretches but are their anymore? I am quite advanced so wouldn’t mind this post being moved to the Main forum for a better answer.

Clamping. Hanging. Any other intensive length or girth exercise will target the tunica. Do it all until heated conditions. Do a Cool Down at the end, in an expanded or extended state.

I’ve been clamping for 2 weeks, I don’t usually do a warmup or cool down. I’m not really sore, alittle bit discoloured though. When you say cool down, do you mean something cold? I was under the impression you should apply more heart after a session. Also, isn’t the Tunica the thing like the ligament which you can stretch by pulling your dick up, how would clamping effect that in terms of length?

The tunica is the tough fibrous “casing” around you two CC Chambers. Heating this tissues up makes them more pliable, and more easily elongated(permanently). If these tissues are heated, and then cooled(with cold water for example) while in a stretched state, then they somewhat “solidify” in this new stretched state.

Cool Down - YES You NEED It!

Clamping will aid in length gains because most people have two tunica layer around their CC Chambers. In one layer the collagen fibers are running parallel to the length of the penis. In the other layer they are running at a right angle to this(circumferential). By doing clamping, you will “splay” the longitudinal “length fibres”. This means that the distance between each of the fibers that lie side by side, will increase. This may make the stretching of these fibres easier.

Personally, I have never done much stretching. Only jelqing, O-bends, manual Clamping and other squeezes. My length gains to date are 1.7”, girth around 0.7”.

Man-of-10, not sure if you’ve posted this but do you have any stories about having sex with the same girl at your starting length/girth and your current? You’ve had a lot of growth. Nice job, man.

Since the tunica is basically the casing that is your penis, the question is, what PE exercise doesn’t effect the tunica? I think just about every exercise does.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thanks dude. Unfortunately I was a virgin until this year, at 19 years old(largely caused having overly high standards, and being shy at the same time:whatever: ), so obviously I can’t offer any comparison. I did however bring my current girlfriend(smoking hot Serbian girl) to orgasm 3 times when I lost my virginity. “You are unbelievable!!!”- to quote her exactly:) . She hence refused to believe that I had never had sex before.

I of course knew my size was significantly above average before fucking her on this first occasion, and so spent a good amount of time on foreplay, and used plenty of lube. Nothing else hits my tunica like the inverted v-stretches. For me it is the king of tunica work out.

Wow that’s very detailed. Thanks so much for the great answer. A few questions about it. Well the warming up, I would do it in hot water, just how hot are we talking here, just hot enough that I can bare it or just quite warm? And how long for, I was thinking about 5 minutes should be okay. Then just splash some cold water over for 2 minutes at the end?

When I stretch out with the first hand should that be as hard as possible and then keep it then lift up as hard as possible with another hands 2 fingers? You want to keep the tissues throughout the session. I personally do all my PE session in the shower, I keep the shower on my unit the whole time. The temperature should be as hot as you can possibly bear, without any pain. At the end of my sessions, I turn the shower to cold, and soak my unit in cold water, while in a manual clamp/expanded state(it could also be a manual stretch for you) for about 30-40 seconds.

Judging from reports here, using an Infra Red heat lamp would certainly be a superior heat source to the shower, but the shower still works well.

I’ve always thought the deep fascia of the penis, aka Buck’s fascia, would be an important factor when it comes to girth gains. Therefore, I thought people would be trying to loosen up this fascia before trying to PE. But I’m new, so whatever.

I’m trying to find the thread to back this up, but I’m sure I read that the tunica becomes pliable somewhere between 42 to 44 degrees Celsius.

The deep fascia wouldn’t be hard to stretch. The thing we want to stretch and expand is the tunica.

Have you ever seen it (Buck’s fascia)? It’s really thick, it’s like a rubber band.

It might not have been specifically about the tunica, it could have been about the relation to the collagen in rats tails and that of the tunica. Been ages since I read it. Anyway here’s this in the meantime.
