Interesting, I’d say that my difference is around 0.5” or less, I’m quite lean, but not that lean (yet), your probably quite a bit leaner than me.

I think we have to just remember about genetics etc everyone is different, but I relate with your disbelief of the 1/8”, that does sound a bit unreal!

That depends on a lot of things, like the exit point, fat distribution, etc. It’s not about bodyfat percentages, I think.

I have a .5” fat pad. Noticeable difference when I push back the skin. Either way, BPEL is more accurate. Just gotta make sure you push in the same distance with the same force every time you measure.

My NBP would change constantly.
