Back to the Grind
Dino: reading this thread yesterday made me realize that I’ve been slacking a bit, mostly just doing clampathons and edging in the clamp and in the little woman, because these are easy and pleasurable routines, but kind of a lazy man’s PE. So I started back to my old routine: doing as much as possible of every aspect of PE everyday.
Check out this thread and perhaps it will inspire you not to be bored unstiff anymore.
