Routine 2

Routine 3
15-20min jelq
3-20min pump
15-20min jelq

Which routine should I use? Or should I use all and just rotate every other week or something?

Actually, I’m the 68th person who’s looked….but what can I say? Or anyone else, for that matter? Our answer(s) would be arbitrary guesses, at best. How can anyone know which approach would be “better” for you? Thunder’s right - give them a try and decide for yourself (after all, you want the approach that’s best for you).
