Better Grip with Baby Powder+H2O
I have always used baby powder to improve my grip while stretching. But over the past couple of weeks I have needed a even greater grip due to some of the exercises I have been trying. After a short period I would start to slip. I did something very simple that improved the grip 2 fold. After covering my hands in baby powder I put a small amount of spit or water along the stretching portion of my hand. Just barely enough to make it damp. This creates a better traction for me and I can hold a more intense stretch twice as long. Stupid little bit of information but hopefully it will help someone.
