Avoiding ejaculation helps. more tips.

I’ve been doing alot of PE recently and thought id share what personally helps me and hinders me..

The only time I don’t gain is when I masturbate at the end of a PE session, I haven’t cum for 3 days now and it’s just getting bigger and bigger, I’m also VERY horny but hey, no pain no gain right!

Kegels are THE most important part of PE.

Stretching your skin (I grab my foreskin and pull really hard) helps you hang lower.

Exercise helps ALOT (if your heart doesn’t have the muscle to pump the blood down there, what will!)

A trick I use is tensing my PC muscle, holding it, then doing sit ups.
This is an amazing workout and your muscles just inside your hip will be huge, watch your girls eyes light up as she unzips you :)

Eating healthy, meat, pasta, vegetables, rice, fruit.you get the picture.

I’m on a huge health trip right now and it has helped my PE unbelievably.

Most importantly kegel like there’s no tomorrow.

By the way heres the proof, I used to be 5 1/2” erect, I’m now a solid 7” consistently.and still going.

Yeah my mate gave up ejaculation for lent but sometimes I need to bust to go to sleep, the last 3 days I haven’t needed to and the PE seems to build up and take more effect when your not cuming, I think when you cum it doesn’t let the tissue grow, I’m sure there’s a medical explanation but it’s obviously something to with straining the tissue, contractions etc..

Apparently, no urologist or internist I ever had has been a Bhuddist. They have all told me to get off on some regular basis, and from what I know about physiology, that makes very good sense.

You guys who are giving up ejaculation for Lent? Sorry, you lose me in the intent of your sacrifice. But do do what your heart tells you.

My dick reacts differently, but the important thing to note is that it does react. If I don’t drop a load for a few days, my dick actually becomes tighter, not harder or bigger.

It sometimes recedes. Each day as I do my routine, it may not seem like I’m gaining.

But, as soon as a drop my load I do an intense workout about 12 hours later. My dick becomes engorged, and feels like new again.It is after this workout that I notice a gain.

I’m not sure if this is why I am gaining but it can be a factor. I’m no expert on this, so I’m not giving anyone a conclusion here as I’m just as clueless right now as anyone else. Does anyone else here experience the same thing?

I try to restrict my masturbation to rest days. It’s a good idea to clean house once awhile as it reduces the risk of getting prostate cancer, but I find that I’m bigger and thus get even more enlargement when I haven’t cum in a couple of days.

"Rubbed” one out last night and my gains are still there, even more so from the new exercise I discovered yesterday! (Look at my thread entitled “my tip for 2day”)
