I am so set in my ways I find it hard to switch to a girth routine even though I feel I could gain girth at a much quicker pace I find length work to be much harder and I should get as much of that as I can out of the way before my main focus is a girth routine. Maybe I can start doing hanging and clamping? Get my hanging sets done in the morning and throughout the day and before bed do about an hour of clamping?
I am really afraid mixing the two would hurt my gains in some way but I don’t recall this ever being proven? My length is a little above average so it does make more sense to work on girth at this point. I just can’t bring myself to decide on anything.
