Hey guys,

I’m an old vet from back in the day. I haven’t done much PE since my last routine which I ended in December of 2003. I still do some light stretching when I go to the bathroom, take showers and/or when ever I have my cloths off and no one is around. But nothing else.

In the past I gained 1 inch length and .75 girth. I did this with jelqing & hanging (with a bib hanger). My current measurements are 7.25” EBPL X 5.875” mid-shaft. So I have gained aprox. .25” length and lost aprox .125” girth over the last almost 4 yrs.

My wife is very small and my current length is good, and at times too much. But I still want more girth. But PE poses some problems:

1. it takes considerable time
2. it take privacy

I have a 6 yr old living in the house so privacy can be in issue. I also have a very busy schedule, so time can be an issue. I am considering a brief (20-30min) girth routine which will include jelqing and various squeezes. I should have the time and privacy in the early morning.

My reasons:
I truely enjoyed doing PE. It makes me feel good. I tend to be hornier when doing PE. It improves my sex life. When I feel “bigger” I am more aggressive sexually with my wife, which she enjoys.

I will post my routine & results once I have worked things out.

You just answered my question from the other thread on if you wanted to start again. You may get newbie gains again just start out with some erect jelqing and when you feel up to it some squeezes and after a couple of months some clamping but milk the easy stuff first.

Welcome back. I’m an old vet returning too. Clamped squeezes seem to be the way to go, but be careful … Dangle


*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics
