Ace Wrap directly after session
I have been really been looking for a good sensation of dull pain since I started PEing on my new routine. Before this I had always had good strong workouts but didnt really feel too dull of a pain afterwards which made me believe either I wasnt working it hard enough or my exercises were not appropriate for my dick. Anyways, my latest routine which you can check out at the Routine Page, has been pretty intense as of late and I began wrapping my dick in an ace bandage after my workouts.
It is sort of my version of an ADS, but much simpler, heres how it works…
After a session I take my flaccid dick and stretch it out… Then I take an ace bangage (probably 2 feet long by 2inches width) and starting near the glans I begin to wrap my entire dick going towards the base then back towards the glans.
I do not wrap too tight but tight enough that when I am done wrapping my dick kind of looks like it is hard because the wrap makes it stick up and out (like a boner) for a brief second.
The wrap really helps keep my dick in an 85% stretched state I’d say as well as allows blood circulation.
I have been keeping it on after my workouts for about 2 plus hours more if I have time. I have been really feeling a good dull aching pain after my workouts right in my shaft as well as ligs. This has been the first time Ive consistently gotten a good dull pain after a worout day after day. Like that feeling when leaving the gym.
Obviously many of you understand the theory behind the ADS but I just wanted to drop a thread to maybe let some newbies know, and even ask anybody else if they have done anything like this directly after a workout.
