A Pump From Jelqing?

I am cut but have enough skin to dry jelq, and I actually think I get a better pump from dry jelq.

I guess because since I don’t have a lot of skin it hurts but I like to wet jelq anyway but hopefully soon I can dry jelq without it hurting.
