6 minutes per day...
I have streamlined my routine down to 6 minutes per day… but I don’t think it’s helping me gain.
Seems 6 minutes a day is a good way to solidify gains. I have been at 6-7/8th for a couple months…and it measures easy on the ruler. BPEL that is.
No jelquing… just stretching… and dicky seems to be happy… but even tho I feel the stretch I have not gained.
I think jelquing is important to length gains for me. I also think more than 6 minutes a day is required to gain.
To gain I think you need to feel the mild fatigue associated with PE.
