Warm up
15mins stretching. 1min left, 1min straight, 1min right, in the behind cheek, down, forward, and up position.
10mins jelqing
100 kegels, 1 long as possible kegel
Testicle massage
Warm down

I got this from mattersofsize, but the forum over there sucks, I registered under 3 different names and never got an activation code on any of them. Anyway, what’s your opinion on this routine?

It seems a bit too much for a newbie. Check the newbie routine or the linear one.

Why is doing too much wrong?

I’ve been doing this routine for a while without injury or anything.

I started with the newbie routine and after two weeks my EQ was on the bottom and so had to change a lot.
If you don´t have negative PI´s keep going bro :)
