15mins stretching. 1min left, 1min straight, 1min right, in the behind cheek, down, forward, and up position.

I got this from mattersofsize, but the forum over there sucks, I registered under 3 different names and never got an activation code on any of them. Anyway, what’s your opinion on this routine?
