Changing My Jelqs
Well, after 5 weeks of fast jelqs I am going to switch over to very slow jelqs for the month and see the results.
I was doing 700 fast jelqs with 10 ULIs each morning in the shower and 300 fast jelqs and 10 ulis in the evening bath every day. I did enjoy some gains, 3/8” in girth after the first 4 weeks.
On Saturday I started with very, very slow jelqs, maybe 5 second ones with a very tight grip. I did 100 of these each morning and my dick feels like it has been run thru a washing machine roller! I don’t think I am overdoing it, I justthink I am getting a pretty good workout. Still a little touchey in the evenings but after a few jelqs it loosens up a bit and away I go again.
I think I am going to stick with these slow, firmer jelqs for a while and see what they deliver. I may just switch from month to month, I don’t know. We shall see……………..
