Yet another Newbie
I have been lurking around here for the last week.. In fact I spent two whole days at work last week reading everything here I could. I want to start by saying that I am very very impressed with this site. First of all, I truly appreciate the scientific nature and approach of many of the posters. Above all else this has made it easy to believe in PE. I have been very skeptical of any and all claims to enlargement, although I admit being tempted to try some of the pills and patches out there. The closest I ever came was to order a “free trial” of MaxoDerm, a cream that claims you will see immediate results. (This product is not for enlargement, just erection quality and staying power). I saw no difference.
The second thing that impresses me is the openness of the members. This is a difficult subject, especially for those of us who need it, but I feel really free here to share my feelings and inadequacies with others who can sympathize, so I thought I would at least take the time to introduce myself.
I am not a “player”. I had sex one time before I met my wife and we have been faithful to each other ever since (17+ years). I am the only one she has ever been with, so fortunately for me she has no comparison. When we were young, I could make her orgasm because when we had sex it was usually 2-4 times in a night. By the 2nd or 3rd time I could get her off (since I could last much longer). As we have gotten older (and I fatter, lazier, and out of shape), this hasn’t happened in some time. We still have sex on a fairly frequent basis, 2-3 times a week, but never more than once at a time. Worst of all, I just can’t last long enough get her off. I know she feels frustrated because I can get her really close, and just as I’m blowing my wad she’s saying “don’t stop”. I’ve tried the start/stop routine, but that just frustrates her even more. I’ve been trying Kegels to improve my control, but I can barely do them: I can only hold for a couple of seconds, and doing more than 10-12 of them makes me sore.
I tried to measure myself. I’m really having trouble with the BP measurements: it seems I can push the ruler in way too far, so I’m not confident in that measurement. I haven’t been able to measure EG yet, but my NBPEL is only 4.5”. In all honesty, I was really shocked at this. I always figured I was 5.5-6” - turns out I was really mistaken. My size has never been a personal issue, although I have fantasized about having a bigger member. It has not affected my confidence, and I feel fine being naked in the locker room and such. All that being said, having read what I have read here, and believing that it can happen, I’ve decided I want a bigger penis. Some of it is for me, but really it is for my wife: I want to last longer, have better sex, and I want to give her more.
Time is going to be a problem. I have to do this on the sly, at least until she notices something is going on, and we are really busy people. I’m usually awake about 30-60 minutes in the evenings after she falls asleep, so that is the time I plan to use.
So far, I have had two PE sessions. I have not tracked time or anything like that yet, I am still trying to get the hang of the exercises. I think I have stretching down. I find that the first few stretches are difficult (hard to find the right grip, etc.), but after a few attempts it gets easier. I have not done any warm-ups/downs yet. I have tried Jelqing, but I’m not comfortable with them yet. I’m really struggling with the Jelq technique. I’m going to review the dry Jelq info again, but the video I downloaded appears to be incomplete.
I know this has been long, so let’s get to the questions:
1) When stretching, it really feels like I am pulling on the skin more than anything else. I am cut, but when stretching I can easily pull the skin over the head. I know this is wrong, so I struggle to keep a good grip behind the head. This has made the head a little tender afterwards, is this normal?
2) Is the skin thing normal? How can I tell if I am actually pulling on the ligaments?
3) I also end up pulling the hair quite a bit (which is painful and distracting). Does anyone else have this problem? I have thought about shaving it off, but again I don’t want to alert the wife to anything going on.
So, given my limited time and my desire to keep this to myself, I have several problems with the Newbie routine. First, I don’t like the idea of wet-jelqing, mostly because of the mess. I believe I read luvdadus to say that he did primarily dry-jelq and stretching. Any hints if I want to go this route? Also, the extra 10+ minutes for warmup and down might become a problem. Are there any alternatives? How important is this?
I guess it is the holy grail of PE, but I am looking for the fastest, cleanest, safest, and yet most effective approach I can take. That’s not too much to ask, is it?
