Howdy folks,

I have been lurking around here for the last week.. In fact I spent two whole days at work last week reading everything here I could. I want to start by saying that I am very very impressed with this site. First of all, I truly appreciate the scientific nature and approach of many of the posters. Above all else this has made it easy to believe in PE. I have been very skeptical of any and all claims to enlargement, although I admit being tempted to try some of the pills and patches out there. The closest I ever came was to order a “free trial” of MaxoDerm, a cream that claims you will see immediate results. (This product is not for enlargement, just erection quality and staying power). I saw no difference.

The second thing that impresses me is the openness of the members. This is a difficult subject, especially for those of us who need it, but I feel really free here to share my feelings and inadequacies with others who can sympathize, so I thought I would at least take the time to introduce myself.

I am not a “player”. I had sex one time before I met my wife and we have been faithful to each other ever since (17+ years). I am the only one she has ever been with, so fortunately for me she has no comparison. When we were young, I could make her orgasm because when we had sex it was usually 2-4 times in a night. By the 2nd or 3rd time I could get her off (since I could last much longer). As we have gotten older (and I fatter, lazier, and out of shape), this hasn’t happened in some time. We still have sex on a fairly frequent basis, 2-3 times a week, but never more than once at a time. Worst of all, I just can’t last long enough get her off. I know she feels frustrated because I can get her really close, and just as I’m blowing my wad she’s saying “don’t stop”. I’ve tried the start/stop routine, but that just frustrates her even more. I’ve been trying Kegels to improve my control, but I can barely do them: I can only hold for a couple of seconds, and doing more than 10-12 of them makes me sore.

I tried to measure myself. I’m really having trouble with the BP measurements: it seems I can push the ruler in way too far, so I’m not confident in that measurement. I haven’t been able to measure EG yet, but my NBPEL is only 4.5”. In all honesty, I was really shocked at this. I always figured I was 5.5-6” - turns out I was really mistaken. My size has never been a personal issue, although I have fantasized about having a bigger member. It has not affected my confidence, and I feel fine being naked in the locker room and such. All that being said, having read what I have read here, and believing that it can happen, I’ve decided I want a bigger penis. Some of it is for me, but really it is for my wife: I want to last longer, have better sex, and I want to give her more.

Time is going to be a problem. I have to do this on the sly, at least until she notices something is going on, and we are really busy people. I’m usually awake about 30-60 minutes in the evenings after she falls asleep, so that is the time I plan to use.

So far, I have had two PE sessions. I have not tracked time or anything like that yet, I am still trying to get the hang of the exercises. I think I have stretching down. I find that the first few stretches are difficult (hard to find the right grip, etc.), but after a few attempts it gets easier. I have not done any warm-ups/downs yet. I have tried Jelqing, but I’m not comfortable with them yet. I’m really struggling with the Jelq technique. I’m going to review the dry Jelq info again, but the video I downloaded appears to be incomplete.

I know this has been long, so let’s get to the questions:

1) When stretching, it really feels like I am pulling on the skin more than anything else. I am cut, but when stretching I can easily pull the skin over the head. I know this is wrong, so I struggle to keep a good grip behind the head. This has made the head a little tender afterwards, is this normal?

2) Is the skin thing normal? How can I tell if I am actually pulling on the ligaments?

3) I also end up pulling the hair quite a bit (which is painful and distracting). Does anyone else have this problem? I have thought about shaving it off, but again I don’t want to alert the wife to anything going on.

So, given my limited time and my desire to keep this to myself, I have several problems with the Newbie routine. First, I don’t like the idea of wet-jelqing, mostly because of the mess. I believe I read luvdadus to say that he did primarily dry-jelq and stretching. Any hints if I want to go this route? Also, the extra 10+ minutes for warmup and down might become a problem. Are there any alternatives? How important is this?

I guess it is the holy grail of PE, but I am looking for the fastest, cleanest, safest, and yet most effective approach I can take. That’s not too much to ask, is it?

For a stronger grip you caneither use a piece of toile paper, baby powder, or grip just under the head of your dick kegel some blood in the stretch. There should be ennough blood that your grip doesnt slip. You can know if you are pulling the ligaments when you feel the stretch in the base of your penis.

Yes the pubic hair raises with PE. Just shave it. Tell her you are experimenting with it to see how it feels etc. Problems with wet jelqs the do dry jelqs (remember they are more intense). Personally, all of my gains are from dry jelqs and stretching and I’ve gained a bit. Since you either have just started or haven’t started yet, try out luvdadus’ routine if you want. Over time change it to your needs.

Warm up/ down are important. They get your dick ready for PE. And they aid in recovery by getting more blood to flow throughout the penis.

Welcome! Don’t be so hard on yourself. Most men seem to think they’re packing 8 or 9 inches, and they go around telling women they are these sizes when in fact they’re 3 inches shorter.

Well, to know if you are stretching on the ligaments you just feel the top of your penis. If it is hard, you are stretching it. Well, in my case anyway.

Just shave your pubic hair. It is cleaner, less annoying to perform PE exercises and makes your dick look longer.

Can I suggest you go to the gym and work out ? Having a well toned body is a big turn on for women rather than being over weight.

First and foremost, welcome SideBanger. You have come upon quite the holy grail. Back in medieval times men hunted for the holy grail so that they could truly feel complete. Today, we are the knights of enlargement. We have stumbled into thunders as knights at heart with cheap leather armor and limp piece of wood. After being enlightened, we now are breeming with our newly formed titanium armor and sharp sword. You will find that it is not easy to leave once you have been in the presence of todays holy grail. :D

Anywaysssss, I asked very similiar questions just like you did the first time I started posting. Glad you did your research first. You’ll become healthy fast.
1. The tenderness you addressed I cannot be sure on. You might do better by explaining that feeling more and telling how it looks afterwards. My suggestion is to do the OK grip with one hand and squeeze tighter with your other hand around your first hand for a secure and firm grip.

2. Skin thing is normal, but you really want to be pulling on the ligaments for best results. How can you tell? Easy, pull as hard as you can and the second you feel a slight twinge that feels like it is coming from your bladder (and its hard to keep a grip on your penis…and you stretch to you maximum erect length) then your ligaments will be stretched. You can usually tell when you start counting down the seconds and the throught running through your head is “is it time to stop yet?” You should feel no pain while doing it. The feeling is more of an annoyance.

3. You have to shave if its a problem. Really. Tell the wife you’re trying a new hairstyle :D . Or think of something, but make sure you give off the feeling like your just messing around to see if you like it. You know, like when your lift your shoulders up with apathy. If you project that towards her (maybe even with the whole PE idea) she might and should not care herself. Don’t go in depth with details or anything of the likes if you do decide to do that.

Personally SideBanger, I am not a big fan of the wet jelq. I have been doing dry jelqs for most of my PE. The day after I started dry jelqing I saw results. It was that much of an effective workout. It isn’t for everyone, because it is a harder workout, in my humble oppinion though it does pay off. The newbie routine is highly effective. Stick with it. There are quite a few people that will disagree with me on this, but warmup is not necessary to achieve success. They might argue to not hurt yourself, but if you do it right you shouldn’t be hurting yourself anyway. My routine lately has not been lasting longer than 10-15 minutes. It works. Don’t let me influence you with this, but I do not integrate warm ups nor warm downs into my routine. It feels damn good though if you have the time. I find that after a good dry jelq session I just can’t bring myself to kegel either, this also has not affected my great gains. If you find the time do kegel at some point though, they do help with everything.

Finally, your last question, nah this ain’t too much to ask. This site here is THE safest, cleanest, fastest and most effective way to enlarge your penis. You came to the right place. Good luck to you.

Based on how you describe it, I have felt the lig pull before, when doing side stretches. I backed off a little though, fearing injury. I also felt it a little in my testicles.. Is that right?

Okish: yes, the whole “diet and exercise” routine.. It’s one of those things I know I (really all of us) should do, but just never seems to get done.

Aom: I think I am going to try to incorporate warm-ups/downs. We’ll just see how it goes.

I went back yesterday and re-read the “How to Jelq” thread. I think I have a better understanding now. First, it seems I was too flaccid when trying it. Second, I was trying to dry jelq all the way to the glans without re-gripping. Even with a short penis this is really hard to do. If I understand it right, I should be re-gripping in the middle?

Also, I had said the video was incomplete: I downloaded it this time rather than trying to view it directly, and I got the whole thing, so I think that will help. I got to see the stretching video too, and I was doing the side stretches incorrectly. I was pulling directly to the sides, but the video demonstrates it as more of a diagonal down and to the side stretch.

I’m currently trying a 1-day on, 1-day off routine, which I will eventually ramp up to a 2/1, doing basically the newbie routine (which I’ll be reviewing AGAIN). I’m sure this is a common question, but should I Jelq first or stretch first? The only reason I ask is that it seems difficult to get an erection immediately following a stretch routine, so I’m thinking I should Jelq first.

Anyway, thanks again to all. I’m sure I’ll be posting on occasion. I’ll certainly be reading lots!

The jelq is one continuous motion, ther e should be no re-gripping. It’s up to yo to decide which works best for you. If you get a hard on after stretching then you should probably jelq after stretching. If it is a full erection, just let it subside a bit.

Hey sidebanger, you can try using luka’s warmup bottle to warm up, just do a search.

If you are aiming for length, I would recommend the wet jelq at some 50 - 75% erection.

Also, I wouldn’t suggest shaving your pubes because of the itching and maintenance, but I definetily would advise trimming it. It will make PE easier, your dick will still look bigger, and the maintenance isn’t so intense.

Hi Folks,

I did my third semi-official session yesterday. After working at it a little, I think I finally got the Jelq. I know I’m not up to full intensity yet, but I was definitely getting some blood trapped in there. The glans especially got larger and the skin on the glans was pulled very tight. I eventually got into a rhythm and was able to keep it going for a while. The blood vessels seemed a little more pronounced after the fact as well, and the hang was heavier for about 5-10 minutes.

I did it at a much higher erection level, probably 90%. So my Jelq question of the day: do I want to focus on closing the blood off on the top/bottom or on the sides?

Today is my day off, but I already want to try it again. Maybe at lunch I’ll experiment a little more. Anyone else do this at the office?

Oh, I forgot to mention my other progress. I have been working on my Kegels, and I can hold them a lot better now. I still have a little trouble getting them started, but I think practice will take care of that. I did some last night while watching TV, and I was able to hold a few of them for up to 10 seconds (which is huge progress for me).

So the Kegel question of the day: when the Newbie routine says to do 50 Kegels, is each one supposed to be for as long as you can hold it?

And one more question: is it better to do the entire routine at once, or would it still work if I Jelq in the morning and stretch in the evening?

Hey welcome Sidebanger :) , this is a great forum you will really love it. A lot of people gain quickly in the beginning but I don’t think it’s guaranteed by any means. With the kegels I do them for 10 seconds, as if your using them to have multiples or last longer you need to be able to hold them for extended periods of time. Search for “Edging” it will help you with training to last longer with your girl. Good luck and best wishes
