It’s taken a while, with several stops and starts, but I measured today, and I’ve grown 1/4 inch in length, and 1/8 inch in girth.

Congratulations! I went at it for about 2 months with no results, was forced to stop for 3 months, and now I’m back at it. Man would I love to see some gains! How long did that take you by the way?

Alex553, I’ve been at this for about a year on and off, but I really made a concerted effort to be consistent for about 5 months. I slightly lost track, just made it part of my daily life. I didn’t measure except for yesterday, and I’d grown! I find not measuring works for me, as I don’t get disheartened from feeling bigger, only to measure and see no change.
