The routine I’ve been doing for the past 3months (after a period of about three months of intermittent stretching and jelqing due to privacy issues)
has been:
5min warm up (washcloth)
4x20s inverted v stretch in different directions
~30 slow jelqs
Wrap with the water left over from warm up
Before that I was pretty much following the newbie routine, all be it a paired down version (2x30s stretches in each direction (L,R,D,U), followed by 10 minutes jelqing) - I’ve always been scared of injury!
