Have tried the clock routine and don’t find any noticeable pull-back at all..

Does this mean I’m wasting my time with PE?

Having said that, as I said in my previous post, there is obviously some difference immediately after exercising, but it soon wears off.

Don’t know if my age has any bearing (47), but find that I don’t get as many erections as I used to before starting the exercises….

First off, are you sure you are testing correctly to find your LOT?

Secondly, if you are testing correctly and you don’t lose tugback at any angle, you can still make gains, you just have go the route of tunica stretching as your ligaments are already long.

Also, I don’t think it is unusual to not get as many erections in the beginning because your penis is adapting to the new stresses you are placing on it.

Age should not affect you making gains, I have been reading boards for quite a long time, and I have seen gains made by people ranging from 18 - 84.

You got it backwards. If he actually has absolutely no LOT, then he has the maximum tight ligs, which prevent the tunica from reactiing to the kegal.

He needs to do stretching or hanging at the lower angles.

It would be very interesting to see how you get along. After stretching at lower angles for a while, check your LOT again and see if you can see a tugback.

BTW, is it possible that someone has the ligs taking the full load of the tension even at 12:00?

I can’t imagine someone with ligs THAT tight. (If so though, he’s one lucky guy :p )

That is what clive’s is, no loss of tugback at any position means a LOT of 12.

This is indeed good news for you you lucky son of a gun, but just a thought, could your PC muscle be very weak?

If I were you, I would check LOT and FSL after every session, I think that a change in one may be accompanied by a change in the other.

As I said, have been concentrating mainly on jelqs, have found that major gains while flaccid have been at 400+ but don’t often get the time to do that many so substitute with 200 in the morning and 200 in the evening about 3 times a week, which obviously doesn’t have quite the same effect.

What sort of stretching & other routines would you suggest?

How do I stretch my tunica?

Well, it seems like it would be a bit difficult for you to stretch your tunica as of right now (well, at least to stretch solely the tunica) ……… although I guess you could use some fulcrum type stretches to target mainly the tunica if you really wanted to.

To stretch your tunica, you should do stretches above your LOT.

However, you should probably focus mainly on downwards and BTC stretching to get your lig gains first.

Did you mean that you have no “tug back” at all or no “loss of tugback”.

This is an important piece of information. Please be very clear on what it is that is happening, does your member “pull back” from your hand while stretching and kegaling or not?

As far as I’m aware, while stretching to various clock positions, by tensing the PC muscle, a “tug-back” should be felt (& not seen).

No matter what “time” I stretch to, I can feel no tug-back at all

Iwant8, that’s why I replied incorrectly the first time ……… I read the thread as no Loss of Tugback (as opposed to no tugback whatsoever). However, if you read the first post in this thread, he states that he has no noticeable tugback at any angle. Mrclive, as Thunder said, you should judge by when you no longer SEE the glans move towards your body when you kegel. Either way, if you don’t feel it at any angle, chances are it would still be high, because when I check for my LOT at 12:00, the pullback is able to be felt almost as easily as it is seen. Have you started a routine yet?

Ok, so what’s the verdict on this? I was sort of dismayed when i tried the LOT theory, as I have no loss of tugback. I.E., i experience tugback at all angles, and it never goes away at any clock position.

Do I have a high LOT (theoretically quick gains) or a low one (delayed gratification)?
