Is there a connection between doing abs and penis quality it seems weaker when I do ab workouts (I’m young so I kinda beat up my muscles) 5x5 squats 5x5 bench press 5x5 bent over row 3 sets of weighted hyperextensions 3 sets of weighted situps )

There is a connection between overtraining and fatigue I.e testosterone production, but I train over 3 hours a day only resting on Sundays and I feel great having sex and doing PE.
