So I am a newbie to PE I started Oct 31st so not even a month into the newbie routine. I have been pretty consistently doing the full newbie routine 2 days on 1 day off. I do 5 min warm up 15 minutes of stretching 15 mins of jelqing and 5 min cool down. Also I am doing 3 sets of 20 JAI stretches in the morning during my shower. Everything is going good, I haven’t measured since I don’t expect to gain in such a short time but I would guess its the same size still no noticeable difference so far.

However I want to introduce either pumping or hanging asap into my routine maybe even as soon as January 1st. Why? Because I feel like I can’t consistently perform my manual exercises and I am concerned that either I am not doing them well enough to see growth or that I am over doing it and am just going to toughen my cock and make it harder to grow later.

The reason for this is although I am sure the routine works I am all over the place with it. Some days I feel like I am pulling my dick off when I’m stretching other days I feel like I am barely tugging. The jelqs I can’t keep a consistent erection level so some I may be doing at 30% erection others near 100%. As an aside I find it alot easier to jelq at 90-95% erection as I will just put some porn on and get to it and its easy to keep it consistent but I have read where people advise against it. Is it bad because its not as effective or because you can hurt yourself?

Anyways since I know its bad I will put the porn on to get up to 90ish% and pause it and start jelqing it quickly goes down to where I again have to hit play on the porn and rinse and repeat. Which leave me feeling like I can’t really tell if I’m squeezing harder or softer between each jelq and the erection level isn’t consistent either.

So I am craving something mechanical where I can know I am pulling xyz vacuum and holding for abc minutes each and every time or hanging xx lbs for yy mins and this many sets. I realize my dick isn’t ready for big weights or pressures but for someone who might be screwing up the manual exercises would it be a bad idea to start very lightly either pumping or hanging?

For example 10 mins in the pump at 2 or 3hg for 2 sets or hanging 2.5lbs for 10 mins etc. I just don’t want to make a mistake at the beginning as I’ve read many on here say they did because they either went to hard to not hard enough and wasted time. I feel like with pumping or hanging there is an objective scale that we can say this is very easy and safe and this is how you scale up vs the manual stuff where its all on feel and everyones threshold.

Oh as a follow up. I am currently 6.125”BPEL x 4.92” mseg with a goal of 7.5x5.5. From what I have read its probably best to focus on length first then girth. I would assume hanging is better for that so maybe I lean towards that but what do you all think?

The basic reason it is a bad idea is because you are being too eager and over thinking it. You could be gaining. You have no direct reason to think you’re not. You have read more than the PE you’ve done even though complex theories like the one you mention have little to no bearing this early on.

Do as you will. But PE isn’t picture perfect and I doubt, after you’ve gone mechanical, that everything will be smooth sailing from there.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

This early in the game, and for the entire game really, focus on improving your EQ. If you have a injury free routine that is improving your EQ, stick with it and gains will come. Once you get more advanced, conditioned, and in tune with your member, you can push it a little harder.

I don’t know if I’m gaining and as I said in my post it isn’t so much about gaining faster as I really don’t expect to gain anything measurable for at least 3 or 4 months if that. Its more out of the feeling that maybe I’m not merely not gaining but perhaps actively making it harder to gain in the future if I’m doing it too hard. At this point I feel like I could just as easily be over doing it as under doing it my dick doesn’t seem to want to speak with me lol. The first few sessions I was sore for a bit after but that quickly went away and I’ve upped my routine chasing that feeling but nothing and I don’t know if its cause I toughen it up to where its not phased now or if I just am not doing it hard enough to get sore again. Its like with weight lifting for some reason I have certain muscles that get sore every single time I work them out(chest and arms) and others that I can kill them and never feel sore(back and shoulders) but at the end of the day as long as I can lift more weight after a while or do more reps I know all is well. That objective measurement is I guess what I’m missing. But I thank you for any response and don’t want to seem like I’m ignoring it I am definitely not considering this simply to see quicker gains as I know it will be a long journey just want to make sure I’m on the right road and not pulling a Lloyd from dumb and dumber.

Set the foundation for a lasting PE career. Do the manual work and condition yourself.

I only added in a pump after 10 months of super focused manuals. I would not change a thing. By sticking to manuals for some time you will give yourself an education that can’t be bought or rushed. What you will get out of a device after you have the working knowledge of PE is incomparable.

Put it this way. To write, you hold a pen on your hand and move it on the paper. We all know that it is Waaaay more complicated. In the beginning as a kid you barely scratch out scribbles. Later with practice you can do write in script! With PE you do the newbie routine “as such” after a year of practice!!! No contest it’s just amazing what you can do with your hands!
