Why I think masturbating is helping with gains

I went into PE with a strict routine of only masturbating once per week. Once I ejaculate, I’m done, so I’d try to make it count.

Problem I found with this was that I wasn’t getting erections as often. Lately, I’ve been masturbating every night, and as a result my penis feels and looks fuller throughout the day and I also get more erections.

I feel like this has to be good for gains, though I have yet to measure to be sure, because there is more blood going into the penis throughout the day and the penis is hopefully getting more comfortable with being that way.

Any thoughts?

I have people talk about edging for extended period of time can lead to some gains. Although, they may be EQ gains and not true “size gains”.

Until you measure yourself there is room for judgment errors, on the other hand I don’t think that masturbation can hinder your gains but unless you are doing it all day long I don’t think that you’ll get enough expansion from it to really benefit.

You have a penis, and if you’re not getting laid then you need to at least work it. I used to look at porn WAY too much, beating off at least 3 times a day. Sort of feeding into the never-ending hole of self-loathing and inadequacy. Finding this site and making the lifestyle change, I am all about a healthier, holistic approach to my penis. Going a day or two without beating off is something I’ve done here and there, and I am happy with waking up with morning or night wood, knowing that it is still an able-bodied penis. Doesn’t mean I HAVE TO rub one out. But, a little self indulgence with the beast can’t harm ya too much.

I don’t think normal flow of blood into the penis can increase size. It may be an illusion of a larger penis when your erection quality has improved.

This is also a good thing though.

Edging may be helpful in combination with other techniques like jeqling, clamping, stretching etc.

I actually ended up incorporating Masturbation in my routine now. It’s hard to keep under control especially after a jelq session I just figured what the hell. Now my routine reads:

Warmup
Stretch
Wet jelq
*Masturbation*
Warm wrap
Stretch

I have noticed I am like the original post. If I go to long without masturbating I don’t get morning wood.

I completely DISGREE! Obviously if you masturbate less you will more horny, therefore you will have more wood than you usually have. If you masturbate a lot then it’s harder for you to be turned on. Therefore my theory is that if you want length more than girth masturbate more and your penis will be more flaccid during jelqing, and if you want girth masturbate less as every touch you give your penis will kind of excite it and pump it up more for that 60-80% erection level.

I think masturbation may as well be the worst crime males commit against their own sexual organs.

Hey sta-kool,

I have only starting to edge right after my ADS/hanging routine. Boi.. did it ever feel good.. but I am worried that edging my hinder length stretch from the routine.

My rationale is that tunica can be stretched more during flaccid state vs erection state. So after a length routine, shouldn’t we let our unit heal in an elongated state?

If I proceed to edge, then tunica is bound to expand and thicken, when in fact I want the cells to stretch further out.

Anyone can give his input?
