In the newbie routine:

Jelq first and then manual stretches or manual stretches first and then jelq.

I figured if I jelq first, then I might have more length to do manual stretches.

Always do your hot wraps first, you do not want to injure yourself, and following the hot wrap you do your manual stretches, and then jelq and finish with more hot wraps. Just check out the newbie routine, it’s already in order for your convenience.

Yeah I read that. I know I have to do hot wraps and end with it. I read that page. But Can I interchange the manual stretches and jelq?

Just do whatever works for you. As long as you know to wrap before and after your routine you should be fine. I stretch first. It prepares me for the Jelqing. I’ve always stretched first. What do you do before you run, splay sports, have sex? You always stretch first. Right? I hope so ha ha ;)
