Which is Better For Length, Hanging Or Extending?

I’m asking as someone who uses both regularly, in combination with Jelqing and Kegels. Both seem to benefit length, but sensation-wise, I’m not sure. I spent the last month, primarily hanging, and experienced decent gains from it. (I believe .25” or a little more) However, I’m also noticing that hanging seems to only pull down, so, it only targets the parts above where it’s hung. Extending on the other hand, seems to generate tension, throughout the member, which I can only assume will be more conducive to long-term growth.

What are you guys’ thoughts on this?

I think a real effective routine is hand hanging or simply plane old stretching for longer duration. Use your hand to pull your unit BTC, SO or any other direction you may deem suitable. I have recently started longer duration stretching whenever I get the the opportunity to do so. Put on a baggy pyjama or trouser so that you can discreetly put your hand inside to stretch your dick. Do it anytime you want - your one hand pulling your dick while use the other hand to do other chores .

(1) Hanging can hit the entire shaft as well if you are using a vaccuum hanger.

(2) Ultimately, the method that works best will probably vary from individual to individual, with factors like personal preference coming into play.

(3) If you find an extender that you can comfortably wear all day, every day, then buy one and use it.

(4) Hanging is great when you have the privacy and the time. Do it when you can.

(5) Ebay and Aliexpress are both gold mines for PE equipment. You can find generic brand extenders, hangers, and pumps, for just a few dollars.

I found Hanging more effective, but had to quit after three months due to privacy issues.

I say extending. For me it’s just easier to do. I don’t have the time to just hang. I jelq to stress the tunica, then extend to encourage the penis to heal in an extended state. Works well for me.
