When should it get more intense

I’ve done quite a bit of reading, but haven’t really figured this one out. So, it’s agreed that newbies should start slow and then get intense, but exactly at what point should it start to get intense? I’m still trying to figure out if I’m overworking. All the PIs seem neutral.. Got some gains, but want to make sure I’m doing this the best way possible.

As far as I have read, the general consensus seems to if the gains are coming along, then don’t change anything. After all gains are the point of the whole thing, not the workouts.

It may sound silly, but use PE to try to find a common language with your penis.

When you achieve that, he’ll tell you when he’s sure he can take more exercise.

Doing PE intense leads to injury and injury results in zero gains. PE is more finesse then force, so just keep doing what you are doing since you are gaining. You will never gain fast with PE. Slow but steady like you are doing is perfect.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

House MD, I totally agree with you. After a month of PE I have found the propoe way to do jelqs and I can see the results. What a great satisfaction!

From what I’ve heard I mean read, is that only increase intensity after you have reached a plateau where no gains come anymore and maybe to adapt a new routine

You should increase intensity when gains slow down or stop, but it should be a gradual increase rather then a sudden one.
